One with Nature • Conscious Connections is a passion project, a program designed to create lasting positive change, growth and personal transformation for children, teenagers and adults.
Connecting with ourselves, one another, and nature, through a combination of meditation, mindfulness, movement, conscious breathing, relaxation exercises, song, play, fun creative activities, arts and crafts, and nature based adventures, for participants to embark on a journey of self- discovery and deepened connection.

Adult workshops
Embarking on a joyful, nourishing, beautiful adventure. Creating a deepened connection with ourselves, nature and our beautiful four legged friends. Celebrating the human-equine bond by combining horsemanship, horse language and connection with a variety of mindfulness, movement, and breathwork practices, to open our hearts, develop compassion, loving kindness, and deep connections.

Kids Workshops
Away from their phones, out of their heads, into their body, fully present. With a deep focus on creating feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, and connection. Teaching a wide range of tools to help navigate emotional turmoil, manage and regulate strong emotions, create self- awareness, reduce stress, improve listening and communication skills, to develop compassion, and loving kindness, to help increase concentration skills, confidence, social skills and focus in a fun environment.
Activating wholehearted engagement, cultivating mindful self-awareness including tuning into the body, and developing mastery through embodied practice.
We inspire students to implement our strategies immediately to improve mental health and ensure they are happy and healthy adolescences and are able to live their lives to their full potential.
Our curriculum is based on principles of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, mutual respect, and Non-Violent Communication.
We have seen a huge demand, with 1 in 3 young Australians experiencing high or very high levels of psychological distress.
We have had the honour of witnessing so many struggling kids transform into more confident, self aware, present, content, happier, well balanced children ...
