This 7 WEEK IMMERSIVE ONLINE JOURNEY (Mondays 5.30pm- 7pm) & ONE NIGHT ALL INCLUSIVE MEDICINE RETREAT (15th September) is for anyone looking to exit cycles of trauma response and nervous system dysregulation, that may be underpinning mental health struggles and challenges.
If you are looking to access greater ease, inspiration and energy for your life, if you are seeking understanding and regulation of yourself; your body responses, thoughts, your feelings and your behaviours, this course will support you.
Immersive self-compassion and self-love practices will form the necessary tools to be with uncomfortable emotions and challenges.
First, we cultivate a rich inner biome of self-love, then we explore and develop the skills in relating and connecting with others from your newly found place of empowerment, and self-referenced safety.
